~How To Consign~ Apparel & Accessories You may bring in & drop off items at any time during operating hours. There is no limit on the number of items you can bring in. Please bring clothing in as wrinkle-free as possible. Items must be clean, in style & in nearly new condition.
Be sure to read through this information for our item guidelines. Anything that comes in & does not follow these guidelines will not be selected & will be donated to charity. You can receive a tax donation slip for these items.
We will select what we believe will sell. Please understand that our customers’ preferences must guide our selections.
~Selling Your Items~ Once your items are selected, they will be priced by us & us & entered into our system under your name. They will be priced by ited. Thank yng by us & placed on the floor until they sell or for a minimum of 90 days. Your items are discounted by 30% after 28 days & 50% after 56 days. A Buyer’s fee will be added to each item to cover merchandising costs. The buyer pays this fee - it does not affect your account.
~Getting Paid~ WOW!! New with Tags items that meet our brand and style guidelines for men & women are consigned for you at 50% of the selling price!
When one of your items sell, 40% of the selling price is automatically placed into your “account”. You can call, email, stop in or check your account online to find out if you have any money. You can be paid on the spot (no waiting period!) and/or you can use your money as a store credit. We will mail you a check only if you call and request for us to do so.
~What Happens to Your Items~ After a minimum of 90 days on the sales floor, your unsold items become the property of Lily Kat's. They will be pulled & items or proceeds from items will be donated to charity. You can receive a tax donation slip for these items. If you choose, only items that are priced at $25.00 or more are eligible to be reclaimed.
Please be assured that all donated items go to non-profit organizations in the local community where they are dispersed to our fellow citizens in need.
Note:We will do our best to safeguard your items, but we are not responsible for theft, damage, or other loss.

What We Take *Nice Children's clothing and shoes of all sizes *Name Brand Girl's Pre-teen and Juniors Clothing and shoes *Name Brand Women's clothing and shoes in all sizes *Handbags, clutches, wallets *Costume Jewelry (Bracelets, Necklaces, Earrings, Rings) *Scarves, wraps, belts *Hats *Men's clothing, shoes, ties, belts, hats *Small furniture & accent pieces, art (at discretion of owner)
What We Do Not Take *Wedding Dresses *Mens' suits or suit coats *Children's toys or equipment *watches that are not working/running *Baby blankets, crib bedding *”out of style” clothing *Lingerie, bras, sleepwear, other intimate apparel *Women’s Swimwear *Maternity *No Label", "No Name", Mail order/Online Fast Fashion items Faded Glory, White Stag, No Boundaries, Basic Editions or other discount store brands (will take for children only) *Housewares, linens *Knick-knacks or collectibles, curtains, bedding, glassware, dishes, appliances, utensils/serving, cooking/baking ware, artificial plants/flowers
Please Check Your Items for the Following before bringing them in: *Wrinkles!The fewer, the better. We will steam your items, but we can get them on the floor sooner if they are wrinkle-free! You will be charged $5.00 from your account if a lot of steaming/prepping is required (per drop off) *Stains – food, beverage, oil/grease, ink, paint, arm pit stains, etc. Sometimes these will show up under our lights when they do not show up at home. *Missing or loose buttons, beads, sequins, belts. *Broken or difficult zippers *Fading, obvious wear, snags, runs, holes, tears or “pills”, scuffs on shoes, dirty imprints or dust on shoes. *Make sure seams are not loose and hems are intact. *Check all pockets in clothing and purses for belongings and trash *Odors – such as cigarette smoke, mothballs, etc. *Pet Hair & Lint *Everything must be laundered and clean *Styles & fabrics must be current *Others at the discretion of Lily Kat’s
PLEASE DO NOT BE OFFENDED IF WE DO NOT TAKE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STYLE, NOT IN SEASON, SOILED OR NOT IN GOOD CONDITION. THEY WILL NOT SELL!
Please note:In order to work successfully, your items should be left for at least the full 90 days.
Consigning Furniture & Home Décor
Lily Kat’sconsigns furniture, accent, & decorative home pieces. Items must be in good to excellent condition
Selection and approval of all furniture & home décor is by owner & is subject to space and demand
Photos of all furniture must be emailed to lilykats@hotmail.com – do not bring large items in without OK from owner
Consignor is responsible for transporting & lifting all heavy/large items for consignment
You will receive 50% of the selling price for furniture and home décor
Note- we do not consign linens, curtains, bedding, glassware, dishes, appliances, utensils/serving, cooking/baking ware, “knick knacks”, collectibles, artificial plants/flowers, others at owner’s discretion
